Ziv Preis, Ronen Baharav, Hagai Natan and Tom Nissani of Preis, Baharav & Co. represented the founders of Cogito Capital in their formation of a fund of approximately NIS 430,000,000, focusing on investments in medium-size businesses.  The founders have been the winning bidder of the tender issued by the Ministry of Finance.
