Ronen Baharav of Preis, Baharav & Co. represented Discount Israel Capital Markets and Investments Ltd., the investment firm of Israel Discount Bank Ltd., in the acquisition of a 17% stake of Ganigar Plastic Industries Ltd., a listed company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
